Waiver Document

Summer Bandits, make sure you sign a waiver before you hit the ice this summer. Here is a link to the  waiver. Click on the following image:

If you feel inclined, there is also an online waiver. Fill out the form  at https://www.truenorthhockey.com/pgs/registration/summer10/PlayerWaiver.aspx but do not click on the button at the top asking you to sign up for your team and pay online. All you need to do is fill out the form and wait for a confirmation email. If you don't want sign the online waiver, I will be bringing printed waivers to the first game.
